Is the app free to use?
Yes, the app is completely free for all users and merchants. Enjoy managing your loyalty cards and collecting rewards without any cost.
What if NFC doesn't work on my phone?
No worries, if NFC is not functioning or unavailable on your phone, the merchant can manually stamp your digital card on the app.
Do I need to add the card every time I go to a new place?
No, there's no need to add the card each time. Simply click on the "Read Tag" button and hold your phone near the merchant's NFC device. The stamp will automatically be added to your digital card.
How long until my rewards expire?
Each reward has its own expiry date, which is clearly mentioned in the app. Once a reward is opened or marked as used, it is considered redeemed and cannot be used again.
